Complete customer service at its finest, on all levels. i've been utilizing their EXCELLENT massage services for years now. Everyone is different, but It is the best i have found and i have had hundreds of massages. it has greatly benefited the pain in my legs, and every visit has been most helpful. There is great care and attention given. One can clearly see that the INTENTION of the practitioners is of the highest level, and attuned to their clients. i tend to think, those that work there, may have hung their wings prior to taking human form. : )
The best spa that I've ever been to!! Treated with first class service as soon as I stepped through the door. I would highly recommand this spa to anyone who is looking for a day of relaxation and comfort!!
As a severe migraine suffering for years, let me start by saying, my appointments at the spa have been the only thing that keeps me going! I have been coming to the spa on a weekly basis for over a year now. I take way less pain medication and have less migraine days a month because of it. The atmosphere is elegant and it is the most personalized service that you can have. I have been to a handful of other places, including the high end spas, The Spa in Ligonier is the Best. They have a great online scheduling option that virtually eliminates needing to wait for a return phone call. If you have specific needs or questions they are very responsive but you may have to wait until an appointment is over to get a return call. It is the highlight of my week, as a partner at a financial firm, health and wellbeing is extremely important so that i can be there for clients! Give the spa a try and let them help you unwind.
We loved our day at La Spa. They really go out of their way to make you feel relaxed and pampered. The owner, Debbie, is welcoming and gracious. Rachel was excellent. The Italian products are natural, well scented, and my skin feels soft and refreshed. Definitely worth a visit.

very disappointing communication!! We could not actually speak to anyone at your establishment, so we are going elsewhere. Your voicemail is blocked as "full", no one answers email and the online booking tool is not user friendly. NOT a great way to conduct business.
