I added the stop to my Harper's Ferry and Fort Necessity trip and it was well worth the drive. Highly recommended for history buff!
Nice small museum. Diorama was great. The tour guide was excellent
Very interesting and beautifully reconstructed, but the outdoor exhibits were not handicap accessible. Perhaps it's not possible for them to be so, but it was disappointing nonetheless. Narrator clearly knew his history, but was not able to modify the information to accommodate his audience's physical limitations.
Comprehensive and extensive bookstore had publications of the area, native Americans, settlement, the Revolutionary and Seven Years War.
Such a nice museum! Went during warmer weather, so we were able to see reenactment, which was fantastic.
Convenient parking, easy to find, excellent and accurate reconstruction of the Fort down to location within 2 inches of original structure. They also have a superb period artifact collection from each country represented in the Seven Years war including clothing and weapons.
The older gentleman who did our tour was excellent. The entire place was spotless. One of if not the best fort we have visited. I highly recommend it
